All deposits and withdrawals are subject to our standard processing procedures. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 60 minutes during business hours. Fees may apply depending on the payment method used.
All trades are executed at market prices subject to market conditions and liquidity. Spreads and commissions are clearly stated in your account type documentation. We reserve the right to modify trading conditions with prior notice.
MagnoFx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
